Upon arrival you may present your Crown Gifts card to Front Desk for payment. You will be prompted to provide a credit card as guarantee, no charges will apply. Each guest assumes the risk of damage or loss to their property or injury to themselves however arising, including injury or damage caused by another guest. For the safety and security of all guests, Crown reserves the right to request evidence of accreditation, including sighting an Accreditation Card issued in accordance with State or Territory legislation. Crown Perth reserves the right to apply discretion in maintaining these dress standards and may refuse entry or service to, or request a guest to leave, where they do not meet the required standard. Banned or excluded guests, including guests who are subject to a current self-exclusion order or are otherwise prohibited from entering the Casino (Banned or Excluded Guests) will be refused entry to the Casino. \"Guest\" means an approved person who is permitted access to the Casino as a guest in accordance with the Casino Guest Policy. \"Account\" means the digital record maintained by Crown of a Guest’s details including the Guest’s available funds, credits, activity and personal details. 5.5 To the extent permitted by law, Crown will not be liable for any unauthorised use if a Guest Card is lost or stolen or a PIN becomes known to another person.




8 A Guest must not give their Guest Card to another person for any purpose whatsoever. The process for issue of a new temporary Guest Card must be followed by the Guest for each subsequent visit to the Casino. A Guest Card remains the property of Crown and must be returned to Crown on request by Crown. 2.1 Crown and each entity within the Crown Group is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (the \"AML/CTF Act\") and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules Instrument 2007 (No. 1) (the \"AML/CTF Rules\"). 1.5 Crown reserves the right to refuse a Guest’s application or access to the Casino at any time and for any reason. Crown Sydney Casino membership is subject to the Casino Membership Policy.


Crown reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for replacement Guest Cards or to cancel a Guest’s Guest Card or Account if a Guest, in Crown’s opinion, has claimed an excessive number of lost, damaged and/or stolen Guest Cards. In such circumstances, Crown will not be responsible for any use of the Guest Card, including any use of funds or credits by a person other than the Guest. 4.5 If following the Guest’s initial visit to the Casino, the Guest is eligible to be granted access to the Casino and Crown determines that the Guest will be granted access to the Casino, the Guest may be required to provide Acceptable Identification in order to be issued with a temporary Guest Card for the duration of that visit.
Entry to Crown Sydney is subject to Crown Sydney’s Conditions of Entry. Crown Sydney Casino Membership applications can be made in-person at the Crown Rewards desk located on Level 2 Crown Sydney. Crown Rewards Members wishing to visit the Casino at Crown Sydney must hold a Crown Sydney Casino Membership. Crown Sydney reserves the right to amend or alter these Conditions of Entry at any time and for any reason.
\"Casino Guest Policy\" means the policy relating to access to the Casino by Guests, contained in the Casino Membership Policy, as amended from time to time. Such Acceptable Identification must be valid and current and, as a minimum, comply with customer identification procedures in the AML / CTF Act. \"Acceptable Identification\" means such current and valid forms of identification from the Guest as Crown requires in its sole discretion from time to time. 9.1 Nothing in these Rules is intended to affect any rights that a Guest may have including under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) which cannot be excluded. By setting a Loss Limit (as defined in those terms and conditions) the Guest agrees that they have read, understood and accepted the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions and will comply with the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions. 8.5 The setting, tracking and enforcement of any loss limit is subject to the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions. If the Guest wishes to change a loss limit that has been set, a decrease in the Guest’s loss limit will apply immediately following the actioning of the request by Crown, but an increase in the Guest’s loss limit will not take effect until 24 hours following the actioning of the request by Crown.
Guests who live interstate or are visiting from overseas are also permitted to play on arrival with no application necessary (after applying successfully for a membership). Guests entering the Casino must comply with Western Australian government laws, directives and policies, and all other reasonable directions issued by Crown Perth to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the pool. In the event of an emergency or the need to evacuate the Casino, you must comply with the reasonable directions of Crown Perth staff. Guests who cause damage to property or injury to another person while in the Casino will be held responsible for that damage or injury.
